“We were very disappointed that we had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get in our room because it wasn't ready. This was true for a number of guests making the lobby area very crowded. The desk clerk didn't seem to care very cold. Some sort of accommodations should have been given for our inconvenience. The room was fine however water stayed on the floor at the sliding door and air conditioner which posed a accident concern as I'm recovering from a broken ankle. We enjoyed our stay but we were...

“We have stayed at this site before because we love the location. Most recent stay we found the room dirty: tub had hairs in it, bathroom floor had hair and sticky spots, platform mattress set on was very dirty and clean towels had multiple stains on them. Overall not our best experience there. ”

“Great location and service! I mistakenly booked one night instead of two (thanks to hotels.com being confusing), and they worked to get me another night in the same room, even though someone else was booked for that room that day. Comfort was 3/5 because our room had just a door between an adjacent room. Sound wasn't really isolated at all, so privacy wasn't great.”

“Overall our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location not too far from the beach and other activities and restaurants. There's actually a restaurant across the street from the hotel. The room looked nice and newly renovated. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the loud AC unit but the room temperature overall was fine. The hotel representative was friendly and informative about things to do in the area. We were also able to checkin a little earlier than expected which was great....

“The location is fairly close to dining and shopping, with just a short drive to the beach. I did find it to be a little tough getting in and out of the parking lot as there's no stop light, so you're dependant upon traffic flow. The service was average - no complaints. I did notice the elevator was making a loud noise and there were some other loud noises that may or may not have been construction. When I decided to sleep though, I didn't experience any disturbances. My room was pretty musty...

“Overall the room was spacious and clean, amenities were very nice and staff was friendly. The staff were also quick and helpful regarding clean towels and linens. Everything was provided, bathroom toiletries too. Only issue was Sunday morning around 8 or 9, we were woken up by work on the roof and loud bangs. While this likely wasn’t avoidable, it was still disruptive and we were asked to move our car. ”
