“Room was clean but the appliances did not work well”

“Staff, greeted at the front door with a big smile and friendly. The room is very nice, too, not over done but comfy. We noticed the elevator floor was wet - probably someone from the pool - brought it to the attention of the front desk and when we came back with our belongings it had been wiped up.”

“The hotel was a great choice. My problem is with hotels.com. Yesterday I booked 4 nights ( having already been here 6 nights) at 78.00 per night. When I checked in the rate for two of the nights had changed to above 90,00 a night. When i called hotels.com customer service number I was told that the price of nights sometimes changes and they can’t do anything about it. The hotel was very good but not so much with hotels.com. I will not be using hotels.com again. ”
