“This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. “The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages!”

“Breakfast was 10/10 everyday. Whole experience was not the best. Our room electric stove top did not heat up. Pool was not in the best accessible condition. Staff was not too welcoming with warm greeting or be of assistance when near the front desk.”
