Hotel a Coupland

“Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though.”

“Perfect for a solo traveler and for a short stay”

“Super dirty hotel the elevator had coffee spilled all up and down the walls on several walls both days never cleaned. The parking lot is tiny and you have to park across and down the street”

“Friendly Staff and Breakfast offerings were good”

“Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day.”

“Clean room very helpful staff the room gets cold which i love! Elevators are a bit slow and the hallways are hot but not too much of a bother to me. I would stay again!”

“The property was fine but feels a little worn down. I didn't feel like it was dirty but just could use a little sprucing up. The shades in my room were broken and the sink drain a bit slow.”

“Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet.”
