“Friendly, welcoming professional staff, quiet hotel and rooms that look relatively new - location is top knotch in the middle of town between shops - also near a Chemist warehouse and a Woolworths supermarket. An easy 15min walk to Wellington Train Station for regular walkers and also to the Cable Car station. The room is well stocked, super comfy bed and very handy to have a washer and dryer in it. “Clean and well-maintained room, great staff and great service, short walking distance to dining options. This hotel is the definition of "Simple but effective". If you're looking for a hotel with an onsite restaurant, this isn't the one. But if you want a good modern hotel with clean rooms in a reasonable location with reasonable prices, this is the one. I stayed in a Petite Double room which is actually pretty good size with more than enough space to move around and store my things - not Petite...

“Amazing space at a great value. We had a small kitchenette that was fully furnished and in suite laundry which we were thankful for at the mid point of our trip. Great coffee, tea, and small snacks in the lobby. 5 minute walk to New World, 5min walk to the museum, 15min walk to Hertz/Avis/Dollar etc rental car drop off and 20mins or less to the tram. Cannot recommend this place enough!!”
