Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We...

“I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre.”

Ottimo personale, tranne quello addetto alla pulizia delle camere, che per un paio di giorni su tre ha "tralasciato" di rifare la camera. Questo ha reso necessario un mio deciso reclamo alla reception.”

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“My family and I enjoyed the two bedroom hotel, however it was located on the 7th floor and no lift can take us there so had to use the stairs from the 6th floor.”

“There is nothing overtly wrong with this hotel. I prefer staying at Rydges at the airport, which is cheaper, better quality and has parking included rather than the NZD35 charged at the Naomi. Nice cocktail bar though. Close to town.”
