“the hotel was not available in Ilesa and I paid online with my card. Pls IBIS should not allow scammers to use there name with fake addresses again. I wasted 2hrs searching for the hotel before it was confirmed that the hotel does not exist in ilesa”

“It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more.”

“My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. Secondly, they are saying they no longer deal with expedia and as such cannot confirm my books even when I told them I have paid for the room I booked via expedia”

Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. We travelled all the way from London to Lagos, only to be told at the hotel that the apartment was already occupied and that no room or alternative accommodation was available. “I booked a room at the hotel but they wouldn't check me in because they claimed to have never used Expedia. ”

“The staff were very unfriendly. They tried to put us in a very small room with a bunk bed when we had booked a double bedroom. The beds were never made, no soap. No replacement towels. No bins in the room.”

“Great place to stay and I truly had a great day. Well manner staff I was looked after as I thought it was not safe. I was wrong it was safe and clean. But I think the generator is at night only. Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom. I was out during the day so hey fine by me. Thank you to all the staff too. I’m grateful ”
