“the hotel was not available in Ilesa and I paid online with my card. Pls IBIS should not allow scammers to use there name with fake addresses again. I wasted 2hrs searching for the hotel before it was confirmed that the hotel does not exist in ilesa”

“It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more.”

“My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. “My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room.
