“Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently ”

“Yes the room was always spotless, the staff were always polite, friendly and willing to help. It was an all round great experience from the minute I got and until I left. The General Manager was also very polite and welcomed me at check-in. ”
