“Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently ”

“Yes the room was neat and clean. The lighting was excellent. The front desk lady, Justina was excellent too. They are familiar with hotels.com process.”

“I simply don't believe such a hotel should be listed on Expedia. I booked a room for about 6 or 7 nights, It was a struggle to sleep a night and I had to check out first thing the next morning. ”

“I stayed at one of the other location and it was a 5star this location with the exception of a few employees I would not go back it was a thumps down for me and my rating was being nice because of the few staff members ”

“The place has a potential but it looks like it is being neglected. Leaving ac in rooms, leaving ceilings in hallway, door entry to room not looking and almost about to fall off when you open your room door. Hotel has no lift. In short the place needs an urgent full renovation. ”
