“Horrible. the hotel is old, with old equipment, horrible food. Staff is not trained the room was not ready at 9pm to checkin food is not good at all they do not accept AMEX but the reservation on Expedia was made with AMEX card I would never recommend it”

“I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!”
