“Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently ”

“I had a pleasant stay at Floral Suites Hotel on Monday. The environment was clean, calm, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it a relaxing experience. The staff were polite and responsive, which made my stay even better. It was a short stay, but definitely a good one.”

“Horrible. the hotel is old, with old equipment, horrible food. Staff is not trained the room was not ready at 9pm to checkin food is not good at all they do not accept AMEX but the reservation on Expedia was made with AMEX card I would never recommend it”
