“I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...

“The best think is was the price. Other than that this is a dive. toilet doesnt work and there is not water pressure in the pipes. The TV had more than 1 channel though, but that;s about it.”

“I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. “The hotel does not have any agreement with Expedia. Thus they declined and money was still deducted despite this. Avoid booking it . Someone out there disguising as representative of the hotel. Expedia should investigate. I was made to pay cash again because they claim not to have agreements with Expedia in any form”
