“Great all around ”

“I made the reservation online same day, but I didn’t get there until midnight, first the security personnel was rude and nonchalant. I was at the door and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The room was so unkept. The AC was so loud that I had to switch it off. I do not recommend.”

“When I showed up for the reservation which booked online days in advance they didn't have any room available when I showed up. I was transferred to a different location which was an inconvenience. I had to pay extra uber fare to get to the other location plus the room was smaller than what I booked. Im traveling from outside of Nigeria and the there was no space to put my luggages in the room or to even open up the luggages. I had to open the luggages on the bed. The rooms are very small and...

“Horrible. the hotel is old, with old equipment, horrible food. Staff is not trained the room was not ready at 9pm to checkin food is not good at all they do not accept AMEX but the reservation on Expedia was made with AMEX card I would never recommend it”

“Checking in was not fun as the staff did not have my reservation on record. They had to call someone for confirmation and i wasn't happy about that. Overall, the staff were friendly, nice and very helpful.”
