“Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. ”

However, there was no view from the room, and the staff could be more welcoming—they rarely smiled or made guests feel at ease.
