“Generally, the hotel offers no dining services. Rooms are not properly cleaned, such that there is always sand in the room. Sporadic electricity, such that most of the time you are in a blackout, especially when the genset runs out of gas. The aircon does not function sometimes, making the room to be very hot. The shower has no hold water and it is not functional as well. The hotel does not accept online booking especially through Expedia.”

“We booked a room at this hotel to have a relaxing weekend away, initially after booking, the hotel called and claimed that they only received a partial payment from Expedia, so I contacted Expedia and they tried contacting the hotel but were unsuccessful. We tried connecting with the hotel again and they then claimed that there was no booking at all and that they hadnt received any payment from Expedia. “Staff are quite inexperienced, forgetful and ignorant. ”

“I should have anticipated the service from the moment i walked into the reception... Despite calling the hotel manager for directions a day before checking in, the receptionist was totally unaware of my reservation. The swimming pool was dirty, WiFi was suspiciously down throughout my stay and some water pipes had broken, leaving constant drips on the stairwell and in the first room i was given.
