Il nostro condominio è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalle immersioni di classe mondiale! Vantiamo i tramonti più belli che tu abbia mai visto. Il nostro condominio è decorato con una combinazione di colori Fiesta ed è arredato a nuovo e completo, con tutti i comfort e le comodità di casa. Situato al primo piano, non ci sono scale da salire. Goditi i magnifici panorami, una bellissima piscina e la meravigliosa e tranquilla spiaggia a pochi passi. Il massimo del lusso a un prezzo conveniente ... Ti promettiamo che sarai completamente soddisfatto e mai deluso. Poco dopo la tua visita al condominio verrai incontrato di persona dal nostro gestore di proprietà professionale di lingua inglese, che ti accoglierà nella tua nuova casa lontano da casa! Frutta fresca e bevande fredde all'arrivo ti aiuteranno a iniziare la tua vacanza nel modo giusto. Ti verrà dato un tour del condominio e del complesso per familiarizzare con tutto. La nostra governante affidabile e degna di fiducia, Eli verrà nel condominio tutti i giorni tranne la domenica per pulire la cucina, lavare i piatti, lavare i letti, pulire i panni, assicurarsi che gli asciugamani siano puliti e assicurarsi che l'unica cosa che fai sia rilassarsi e goditi la vacanza!

Staying at Tracey’s Paradise condo was everything we could have hoped for and more—it’s even more beautiful than the photos! The location is excellent, and the condo itself is spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped.Our family especially loved the high-quality snorkel sets. Being able to snorkel right out front of the property and see vibrant marine life, including beautiful parrotfish, was such a treat. We also took a half-day trip to El Cielo, and the charter conveniently picked us up right next door at Tortuga Pier, which made the experience seamless.One of the highlights of our stay was having Jackie and Anni from Sandra’s Kitchen prepare incredible meals for us—such a fantastic recommendation from Tracey and truly a memorable part of our trip.Throughout our stay, we felt very well taken care of, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Our family of five—my husband, our three teenage daughters, and I—had plenty of space and all slept very comfortably.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We love, love, love our stays at this condo! The location, communication from the owner & property manager is absolutely top-notch! The condo itself is absolutely the best. The owner of this condo has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. It's decorated beautifully and so authentic as well with comfortable beds & bedding! We will keep coming back and highly recommend this property!

Fantastic experience. Tracy’s condo is beautiful, immaculate, and in a great location. The newly renovated kitchen is top notch. We had 3 delicious dinners cooked for us in the condo by Sandra’s Kitchen. Highly recommend. Elida kept the place spotless and furnished with clean towels and dishes. We snorkelled every day with the excellent provided equipment. Stunning reef fish, rays, and shells every day. Nearby restaurants were very good. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our family of 6 plans to return. Highly recommend!

This property exceeded expectations! The owner and staff were very communicative, the condo was warm and charming with everything we needed for a family of four. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Snorkeling out front was great and there are a couple great places to walk to for food (Memos Tacos was delicious). 5 plus stars.

Fun spot to stay!

We stayed here with our 3 young kids..and it was perfect for what we needed. The kids could play in the pool everyday and they loved running around spotting iguanas and looking in the tidepools on the beach. It always felt safe and clean. We had access the the beach just beyond the pool and the sunsets were beautiful. The snorkeling right there from shore was great! The kitchen was well equipped, the kids also loved the games and cards and I was happy they even had snorkeling reef guides. Ely, the cleaner, came every day to clean and water plants so it was extra comfortable. Driving into town to more shops and restaurants was about 17 minutes. Would stay there again.

Paradise does exist

Our family of 5 loved our time here. The owners are fabulous, helpful, responsive and a great team of hosts. The condo is in excellent condition, well kept and very nicely decorated with many accommodation's. The location is close to town, yet felt very private. The beach and snorkeling were excellent. I highly recommend scuba diving from Luis at the Money Bar. We rented a jeep and drove the island. Very safe and loved Coconuts bar along the east coast. But bring cash. We hope to come back next year and really enjoyed the people and experience. Thank you Tracey and team! We made memories to last a lifetime!

Beautiful condo!

The pictures don’t do the condo justice! It’s beautiful, modern and very comfy. We really appreciated the use of snorkel equipment, being able to wash our clothes, the Tortugas pier next door for food and swimming, and the easy communication with the property manager, Saul. I’d highly recommend this property, there were only 3 of us, but you could easily fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Would be a fun place for a 2 family trip. Definitely recommend renting a car to get places.

Spacious rooms, well planned layout so every unit has indoor and outdoor views of the ocean. Welcome basket was perfect with light snacks on arrival. Location is away from city yet easy to flag down a taxi to go anywhere we wanted, even for a group of 6. Beach and grounds picked up every day, daily inside cleaning was a treat!

Great condo, great location

This is a really nice, spacious and well appointed condo. It is in a small condo community with a nice beach and pool. The condo fit our family of 5 very well (more space than we needed) and met all of our needs. The condo location is south of the main city, San Miguel de Cozumel, and provides close access to the city if needed, but is away from the hustle and bustle. There is a dock at the property next door which we were able to use to have our dive boat pick us up for several great dives. Highly recommended!

Cozumel 2025

This trip was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 13-19). We have never been to Cozumel and this was our first trip with the kids to a tropical destination. Tracy (owner of the property), Saul (property manager), Saul's mom (the house cleaner), and Cindy with Flip Tours made this trip amazing for us! Saul met us at our condo on our first day and gave us excellent recommendations for our trip (I have never had a property manager meet with us and give such good advice from a local's perspective...this was above and beyond any kind of VRBO booking we have done in the past). We enjoyed the snorkeling right in front of our condo, enjoyed a beautiful sandy beach close to Playa Mia, went surfing with Nacho at playa Bonita (so fun!), boogie boarded on a beach on the east side (playa Chen Rio) and took a private cruise to El Cielo (went on the Pelicano boat with Roberto and Angel, snorkeled in gorgeous water, got to see stingrays in El Cielo, and ate some of the best seafood, guac, and pico made by Roberto and Angel while we hung out at El Cielo) . All of these trips were per the recommendations of Tracy, Saul, and Cindy. Absolutely perfect for our active family. The condo was clean, well stocked, and so many cool decorations. Saul's mom came every day and cleaned and did dishes which was also a Godsend! From a mom's perspective, this was an amazing service. We used Sandra's Kitchen for grocery delivery so kitchen was stocked when we arrived.

Great Condo. Great Service. Great Location.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is great and was perfect for our 3 children and my parents with my wife and I. It's just a short drive out of the city area that can get really busy at times from all the cruise passengers. We celebrated our twins 5th birthday and went swimming with Dolphins just up the street at Chankanaab Park. We loved exploring the whole island and going to different beaches restaurants and nature parks. I highly recommend Emily's car rental for a good price with no hidden fees. The whole team of people from the owner, to the property manager, to the cleaning lady really provide excellent service and made sure we had everything we could want or need for our stay. The cleaning service was huge blessing to us and it was so nice to come back to a clean condo every day. The pool was very nice and relaxing too. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Staying here made our trip! EVERY SINGLE THING about this place is fabulous. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding, we slept wonderfully! It is so so very clean. They have everything you need right there. We had the beach to ourselves and were able to snorkel right from the shore! The pool was clean. Sometimes I’m disappointed in a Vrbo because it’s not as nice as the pictures , this is the opposite, 10 times better than the pictures! So beautiful, great communication with the owners and management, great location! We will definitely be back
