“No point to stay here. Lots of seaweeds, it's impossible to swim and snorkeling isn't great either. On top of that the food options are limited and disgusting and the owner is as nice as a kick in the arse. Do yourself a favor: spend a bit more and get a room in West Bay.”

“Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now. It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat. $60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. Breakfast was previously included and there was no resort fee or it was in the daily room rate. No more free shuttle to and from Airport. It’s now $55 each way. “I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. “The brekfast selection is just OK not great, there should have been a few more options. But the staff was super helpful and attentative. The showers don't have a shelf for shampoo or soap so you have to put everything on the floor inside the shower. I had the large villa and the cooking utensils were not suffcient for 6 people, only 5 sets of silverware and one small frying pan and small pot. No coffee maker in the room. ”
