“The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!”

“Convenient location to University of GA, theater, and food. Modern and CLEAN! Very welcoming, and an extensive breakfast buffet with multiple protein options. Wonderful place to stay! Parking was easy and close. I only wish they would have listed the $18 parking fee in advance!”
