“Overall very nice place to stay.Everyone friendly. Place very clean.Beds comfy and room spacious.Breakfast was excellent. Just no kettle in room but drinks available downstairs all the time.Would recommend and will be back. ”

“The staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and really clean. The bed was ok, I guess my only criticism would be it could maybe do with a new mattress, you could tell it was quite old and if you rolled near the edge of it there was no support and you pretty much fell out of bed :)
There was a good choice at breakfast every day and a selection of full English items which was nice.

“Lovely well kept hotel. Room was immaculate. Lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent a wide range of continental and cooked food. Beautiful well kept grounds, and the garden's well kept and beautifully presented. We will definitely return. Thankyou so much.

“The place it self was first class nice & clean the breakfast was lovely the family room was ok over all I enjoyed the stay the food for the wedding was lovely very filling & I loved how the rooms with the doors was different plenty of room to dance & the kids to let there hair down we all enjoyed the stay .”

“Very friendly staff throughout the hotel and facilities. The place is very clean, the bedroom was huge with a comfy superking bed, the leisure club was excellent and not too busy even though we went on a Saturday morning. Free car parking over the weekend was a bonus too. Overall, very good value for money and we'll return. ”

A distanza di quattro anni, e con l’avvento della nuova gestione, la situazione è notevolmente peggiorata, soprattutto in termini di pulizia e di servizio. “From checking in the staff were friendly and very polite. The breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh and to perfection with plenty of toast and coffee on tap. There was plenry of choice as well as a continental option. The room was excellent and the honesty bar is a great touch and not expensive for a late night treat or glass of wine. ”

“Booked this hotel 10mins before checking in due to an issue at original hotel. Staff were great and although we ricked up at 2pm, we were checked in quickly and room was available. Room spaciouscand modern with a great suzed shower room. Breakfast items were of a good quality and only £10/person so excellent value! Will definitely stay again and would be my 1st choice in Harrogate, due to its convenience and service overall. ”
