“Extended stay with family. 4 nights. Great location to visit parks and see various waterfalls around the Cookeville area. The room was humid and needed some air circulation when we got there. Shower had nice heat, but could use more pressure. No bath tub. Shampoo/conditioner low upon arrival. Breakfast was good 1 morning, exceptional 2 mornings, and fell completely short 1 morning. The morning it fell short the oatmeal was just liquid/soupy. I couldn’t eat it. And there were more limited...

“Parking was fine. I rented two rooms for my family.one room had a open with no battery smoke detector. We came with hopes to use the pool and found upon our arrival the pool was closed our entire stay. Staff was noce and cleaning services were god. Rooms were dated just as the halls. I will not stay here again unless I learn issues are corrected. I have pictures of the open smoke detector and pool closed sign. I would like to hear back from Expedia.”

“Breakfast closed at 9.00am, get there at 9.02 and you’ll find a locked door and unfriendly person telling you to go away we’re closed, could t even get anything to go like a yogurt or a glass of OJ. Yes we thought they shut at 10 but a bit of an early closing and an unfriendly attitude spoiled what was great service in check in and a great large clean comfy room”

“Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.”

“The rooms are super run dow and poorly maintained- I literally at times couldn’t even get the bathroom door open unless I kept yanking it as it would just get stuck. The overall pretty just smelt like cigarette smoke all the time and my room just had a very old grime feeling to it. The breakfast was blah- expect power orange juice and run of the mill off the shelf muffins. There was only like 8 seats to sit for breakfast which made it hard to even really eat. Overall poor value and wish I would...

“The staff was nice and helpful with suggestions for nearby parks and sights. There is remodeling going on at the hotel. The room was clean but seemed like this room wasn't quite ready for staying in. The tub needed a drain ring and maybe more caulking.. but then that's me being a builder.. Even with the minor things I noticed I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.”
