“Absolutely fabulous, receptionist lovely, cleaners lovely, room was spotless, bed comfy, fast WiFi, nothing to dislike, we are in our 70's and stayed 6 nights, we had 4 previous nights in Travelodge but wished we had stayed the 10 nights there, cannot wait to return, we would highly recommend people to stay there, the lovely girl on reception even took our cases to the room, James in the bar where we signed in was a great guy, loved a bit of banter, thankyou everyone there for such a wonderful...

“We were given an 'accessible' room for some reason. It was old and in need of refurbishment. I had requested 2 beds but there was just one small double. Very basic. ”

“Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...
