“We had a great overall experience here. The massage was amazing, the staff were very kind, and the place itself was beautiful with a nice view. There were just a few unfortunate issues during our stay. A blackout happened during our spa treatment, so there was no hot water while we were rinsing off after the coconut scrub. My mom, who had back surgery, also struggled using tabo. We honestly felt bad for the staff because they were trying their best and even had to igib water manually....

“on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due...

“Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.”
