“Netflix/ streaming was not working throughout hotel. Very disappointing when you have kids.”

“Very neat and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful when we needed some extra towels. We had a handicap room (I booked ahead and chose the wrong room) and the roll-in shower was easy to use, but the water went outside of the shower curtain due to a design flaw. We just put down extra towels and it was fine. Very comfy bed!”

“We had a very spacious and clean room with a very comfortable king sized bed. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, but didn't offer very many choices. I will be staying here again on my next trip to the area.”

“Overall, this hotel served its purpose as an affordable overnight stop for travelers just passing through. The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the stay. I also appreciated that the security deposit was processed using the card already on file instead of requiring a separate transaction. “This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times.”

“The only issue we had was parking. The parking garage couldn’t accommodate our truck and we had to circle the block several times until we found a meter. Luckily the meters were free when we stayed. Not sure what would have happened had we had to pay for one.”
