“We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The hard floors (without carpet) were extremely sticky, making the room feel dirty from the moment we checked in. We stayed for two nights, but our room was never serviced, even though the hotel advertises daily housekeeping. Our towels were not replaced either. “We had a one night stay at this BW Bruinswick on July 4th. It was very quiet on the back side of the hotel. Our room with 2 queen beds was comfortable and the room spacious. Very large mini fridge and microwave would be great for longer stays. Very convenient location since our friends own a small cottage off one of the inlets in Brunswick. The only complaint was that the fan in the bathroom was quite loud when the light was turned on.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“The staff was not helpful. I got a stomach issue and asked for banana or yogurt ( that we were fine to be charged for it) receptionist just said “ kitchen is closed”. We didn’t ask for fuel meal. And it was 4th of July, there was no place open in the area in that day. It shouldn’t be too hard to offer something in emergency situation.”
