“Two concerns I had:
Upon check-in, the clerk made snide comments in response to everything I said. While they weren't mean words, he challenged every statement I made or question I asked. I think he was trying to be funny, but it left a creepy vibe with my daughter and I. I would rather have a straightfoward person than someone whose sense of humor is to belittle others.

“Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room.
The gym hours are also very inconvenient and should be available earlier for guests if not accessible 24/7 like a majority of hotels do.
