“The staff was amazing! 10/10 so kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were a little out dated but the fact that it was 24 hours made it worth it! The hotel room was great! Elevator was a little sketchy but breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Room and facilities/parking lot were very cleaned and well maintained. Room was very updated and modern with digital TV and USB-C ports and lighted mirrors. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and the TV turned itself off all the time but otherwise a great stay for a very good price”

“The room was clean however, it really needs some updates. There was only 1 plug in the bathroom area and you had to bring the coffee pot to the plug. It was a bit noisy at night as our room was right next to the freeway. There were no USB type ports in the room so if you did not bring an adapter, you were out of luck. The grab and go breakfast a joke. There was a coffee machine but the food choices were very limited, mostly prepackaged waffles, donuts and fruit, some yogurt choices but not...

“Wasn’t looking for anything outstanding just a clean room at a good price”

“There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

“The staff was friendly but there were ants in my room, and dirt under the sheets like they had never changed them. Only 1 light in my room worked, the channels on the tv wouldn't work, and the hallway smelled like cat urine.”

“Will definitely be staying here again for all future travels to Seattle. We are a family of 4, traveling with young children and had all the amenities we needed. Nearby park less then a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Great selection for the inclusive breakfast in the mornings.”

“Property is in serious need of repair. Paint chipping, wood splintering and breaking off outside, inside the door trims were noticeably broken and coming off of the walls. Room was relatively clean, but door seals were loose, bathroom fan didn't work, there was mildew/mold stains in the shower, remnants of smashed bugs on the wall above the bathroom door, overly noisy and the upstairs residents were either giants or the insulation between floors was absolutely non-existent as I could hear and...

“Staff was great and check-in was smooth. Room was tidy but the toiletries were either not provided or missing as we have to call the staff to refill the Shampoo and Conditioner bottles in the bathroom. Also we have to request a set of blanket for the guest sleeping on the sofa-bed which was not provided in the closet. Hand soap or hand was missing too.”
