Hotel a Cypress

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“My room was clean and very quiet on the third floor. I was in Tuscaloosa to visit my daughter at the University of Alabama. I did not eat breakfast. My only problem with the stay was the pot smoking on the third floor. It reaked when I exited the elevator all the way to my room. Once in my room, I put a towel at the bottom of my room door in order to keep the smell out. I needed a place to sleep at night and didn't want to spend a lot of money and this place fit the bill.”

“Clean room, but rain and nearby construction brings pests inside, saw one critter in the shower but again the room was very clean. No microwave in room,”

“The first room we were given had water leaking in the bathroom floor, the couch was broken and the chain on the door had been ripped off. We were given a better room, but the entire motel was old, decrepit and needed serious updating. We were disappointed in the entire facility.”

“I rate everything pos. We had an extremely long check in, someone entered the room when we were in the room. The drawers were falling off furniture. The bathtub was a nice gray color when it should be white. The rooms smelled musty as well. Breakfast was the only thing I felt was good.”

“The hotel was nice. It was clean for the most part. The breakfast was great. However there was mold in the bathtub where the soapdish connects to the wall, mold around the drain in the tub and worst of all when I touched the towel to the bathroom sink faucet (underside where the water comes out) I almost died. Mold or something black on the towel…i did it again and there was more. I had been using the sink water to drink. Obviously we had to make a run to the store to buy bottled water. It was...

“I stayed in room 204 the top lock was broken I went out for the evening and came back and a man was in my bed I was scared for my life he told me the front desk had rented my room to him and left half of my belongings in the room it was a total nightmare I would not advise Anybody to stay here your safety is in danger Total invasion of privacy”
