“Very nice beds, comfortable room.”

“The check in was fine. Room looked fine. However, when my husband lay on the bed we found the mattress was cracked about a third of the way across. Never seen anything like it. We don’t even know how someone could make the bed like that. Did no one report this cracked bed? Why would they just rent that out? “We traveled 8 hours for a funeral and arrived at 1:30pm. We were hoping for an early check in but were told that no king rooms had been cleaned yet. The clerk took my phone number and said that she would call when a room became available, but we never got a call. The entire lobby was under construction for renovations but this information was not on their website. This property is not a hotel, has no elevators, and is a motel with individual outside doors. “Pool didn’t work. The guy behind the desk was super rude and disrespectful bc I was upset that we drove 6 1/2 hrs with 4 kids and the pool didn’t work and they did not to accommodate us”

“The room smelled of smoke. There is NO ventilation in the bathroom soo the ceiling had moisture damage. Consequently, the floor leading to the bathroom was very slick which could cause a fall. The breakfast was free for a reason because it was awful. The lobby/dining area was nice but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. Finally, there was a lot of loitering in the parking lot. “The staff was wonderful. Our rooms were big. Very clean.”

“This hotel needs a serious upgrade. We reserved a queen “suite” which was literally a queen room, with a sofa bed with a fridge and microwave. I’m still trying to figure out what made it a suite. We had to book another room to accommodate our family. And then there was mold! Quite a few rooms had mold… visible mold throughout. Then there was a leak in the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend or return.”
