He left toys for my children to play with whilst we were staying. The amenities in the room were better than expected, with an internal laundry, fridge, microwave and more. “This motel is probably the best motel we have ever stayed in. The room was nicely decorated and looked modern and fresh, the bed was super comfy and everything was clean. The kitchen area and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of parking too.
We arrived very late and the lovely lady put our heater on for us so we didn’t arrive to a cold room. ”
“Really not used to all of the urban noise associated with being on the main drag into town but I guess that's par for the course for a Motel.
Mix up pre-arrival with the room payment meant personal funds had to be used to cover a work assignment- they could have done better in this regard.
Room was perfect, fellow guests delightfully pleasant, all in all a really good place to lay your head.”
“The property is situated in a great location where you can see the mountain directly. There is a little orchard on the property and a forest that you can explore with children. It is also located near Australia Zoo (about 10 mins drive) and plenty of eating options too. The owner, Keith, is delightful and provided us with great hospitality - not sure how he does it on his own but he does a great job! ”
“We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.”
