"L'hotel è situato a pochi passi da union square. Sebbene si noti una recente ristrutturazione il bagno della camera appare un poco datato. La camera però è accogliente e molto pulita. La biancheria di ottima qualità. Il personale è cortese e pronto a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Passando al tema sicurezza della zona: sono presenti alcuni senzatetto, ma non danno alcun fastidio per cui non si avverte alcuna sensazione di pericolo.
