“Thoroughly enjoyed and felt looked after”

“Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return.”

“The staff were immensley helpful prior to my arrival and when I arrived a on a wet miserable evening. My room was upgraded and my dinner reservation brought forward. My second time at the hotel and hopefully there will be more. The food in the restaurant : my meal was very good as it was the time before. I had been looking forard to it all day!”

“To be honest, we had a few issues during our stay. The first room we were allocated had air-conditioning that made loud noise and TV didn’t work. We were moved to another room for our second night only after I asked in the morning and followed up again in the afternoon, which was OK. Unfortunately, this room was not overly soundproof and at 4:30am in I was woken up to the sound of the person next-door playing very loud music. I understand that’s not the Hotel‘s fault but it kind of shows the...

Il bagno era abbastanza freddo perché trattandosi di un vecchio hotel non ci sono impianti di riscaldamento quindi doveva essere scaldato dall’aria del termoconvettore che però si trovava in camera.suggerrisco di aggiungere una stufetta portatile o un condizionatore aggiuntivo in camera ”

“The pros are: location, walkable distance to city centre, room was ok, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok too, but not great. Cons are: we stayed at room 810 and we could hear every train passing by, very loud noise, and apparently staff said that we should've asked for a quiet room on the arrival, also the water in the shower was not hot enough.”

“Great staff! They were very helpful with both a room switch and storing luggage, friendly and efficient. This hotel is also in a great location for exploring the city. It’s close to premium shopping and Flinders station plus free trams are right outside. We loved our stay here!”
