“We stayed in first level and there was noise coming from second level all throughout the day. Sounded like little a child was running & jumping around. At late night it was quiet. Wish host had a number to be reached since there was a confusion on first set of access instructions. It took us a bit to get in since we were waiting on host to answer us. Oven had food crumbs and had to rewash skillet & pots before using them since they had some food residue. Other than that, rest of home was pretty...

“there were no shops nearby, but BART train across the street is great, so long as you are ok with the building shaking and train noise every 6 minutes from 5 am to past midnight. there were so many things wrong that it's hard to recount them all: most important is that the owner did respond when advised of a problem and tried to get most of it fixed but the basic situation was unfixable: furniture is Salvation Army, no wall pictures or any sort of decent decoration - feels like 1 Star hotel room...

“We had a great stay, bed was comfortable, place was clean, although the pillows seemed a bit flat. The host was quick at replying to questions. The host made sure we felt safe and had what we needed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the stability of the WiFi at the place and the area. ”

“Host was very responsive. The studio was….awkward. It was spacious but huge couches /cabinets overwhelmed the space and made it awkward to move around. Bathroom was up some stairs and through 2 doors. Kinda small and again laid out awkwardly . Parking was a challenge on the second and third nights. Had to wait until spaces on the street opened up. On the last night, it rained. The hosts car was parked under a roof drip and had to listen to the drips thump on the hood of the car. ”
