“Pros: Everything was clean, room, bathroom and pool. Staff was nice. Housekeeping guy was soo nice and helpful. Balcony ocean view is amazing. Fridge in room. Netflix on the tv. Cons: Bathroom is tiny. Door basically hits toilet, stumped my toe twice. Pool was cold. I was expecting heated. Although, that may have been my fault. I don’t know if it mentioned heated. “No water pressure during our stay. Confronted the manager about the issue, she was rude. I understand there are issues that can happen but you don't charge people full price when you don't have full water pressure to take a shower and shut off water during the day for 3 hours. Shower shampoo broken and laying on the ground of shower. Shower was not clean. ”
