“Immaculate & Clean rooms. Reception staff was awesome also, was soooo rushed after xmas shopping that morning, we had booked a room to just RELAX. To the guy on reception hes just awesome and calming, telling me to just take my time, bless you x and we will be back to stay for sure.”

The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor.
Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.
The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.

“Great price for the size of the room and its inclusions- air con was cold (many hotels fail with this) - the staff on the front desk tried hard to assist me with ferry times and other information about sites worth-seeing in Brisbane but were not trained in this and I had to find the under freeway ferry wharf on my own (a french tourist showed me) plus the sky-walk at the Star Building- I'm not complaining though, as your ladies tried, but they obviously didn't know anything about Brisbane CBD...
