Hotel a Dayton

“Seems like they were about to do some updating, like the light was removed and patched but not properly painted. The sink had no aerator, so water was all over the place. Got bites in legs while sleeping.”

“Everything was great! Staff were helpful, breakfast had a nice variety, room was great and clean. If ever in the area again will fur sure stay here again!”

“The room was very clean, the staff were very polite. It's an older building so its not as modern, but the price was perfect.”

“We literally slept there only. Hole in the shower wall. Bug traps visible. The building is really in bad shape. Everything needs updating. Fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable that’s why 3 stars. It was very quiet no complaints there. We were visiting family so just slept there. It’s a great location. If they would invest in their business they could have something special in that little town.”

“The stay was ok, and that is the best I can say. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I wouldn't say it was good. The refrigerator did not work properly and was dripping water on the inside, which the maintenance person said all of them are like that. Also, the shower was a little dingy. I also made some requests that were ignored, so be aware that even if you have a valid reason, like health issues, that you run the risk of having those requests ignored.”

“Location was great. Price should have not been in the same tier as the hotels around it. This place is old and outdated.”

“I had to move room 3 times. My first room the sink was clogged. My second room was just not in good standing the wall paper was stapled to the wall. The ceiling looked like water damage was up there. Part of the ceiling and the trim was coming off. Huge spider webs and spiders outside of the door on the balcony so I couldn’t use it. No telephone to contact front desk. My third room was ok.”

“I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!”

“I wasn’t able to stay at the property for personal reasons. I called directly to make the cancellation and the person who answered the phone at the hotel told me that it was up to Expedia to refund my payment (I had prepaid the full 3 nights) I called expedia.com and they tried contacting the hotel and explaining I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel and that I needed my refund at least for the following 2 nights (just keep one night’s deposit as penalty not the full 3 nights) it was impossible....
