“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. The bedroom door does not isolate from the corridor, and all the noises and voices of other guests are heard. Finally, the price paid, which does not include breakfast, was very expensive. “I showed up late due to my plane being delayed. The person at the front desk was very accommodating, understood that I was tired and just needed to get my room and rest. Great staff, very helpful .”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“There is only 4 channels on the tv,doorlock had to be repaired and stopped working again at checkout,if I didn't have the metal plate up to prevent door opening all the way housekeeping tried coming in and I didn't request them. So no pretty disappointed this time and charged a $50 deposit to. I took pictures before leaving my room. ”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”
