“We stayed there from June 25-June 28. Not one time did they clean our room or bring us fresh towels. The one bed was a hot mess. Part of the frame was sticking out. The bed skirt was all ripped up. The light by the bed did not work. The light on the desk went out the morning we were leaving. The shower tub was not real clean. There was a broken shelf in the shower. The pool water was to cold to swim in.”

“This was a nice hotel for a quiet weekend in Kenosha. It's a 10 minute walk from the Metra station and minutes walking to several restaurants and bars. The restaurant was nice and the rooftop bar has great views. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

Our usual place, comfort inn & suites in Kenosha/pleasant prairie was full so we looked around and liked the pictures shown by this places so rented 3 rooms for our group. Well when we walked into the lobby, you were punched in the face by a strong smell of marijuana! I mean strong! Well we proceeded to check in our rooms and then found out all rooms were on the second floor and there was NO elevator. One in our group had a walker so that was very hard on them. Next...

“This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️”

“Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too.”
