And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. “I wouldn't stay there again! Our usual place, comfort inn & suites in Kenosha/pleasant prairie was full so we looked around and liked the pictures shown by this places so rented 3 rooms for our group. Well when we walked into the lobby, you were punched in the face by a strong smell of marijuana! I mean strong! Well we proceeded to check in our rooms and then found out all rooms were on the second floor and there was NO elevator. One in our group had a walker so that was very hard on them. Next...

“This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️”
