“Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority. “The pictures never look like the actual place of course. The room was kind of old looking. We had to call several times in less than an hour to get towels because no one came up to clean. I asked the lady who came to bring towels can she can the room and yes someone came in but the only thing I noticed done was the water. “This is definitely an urban hotel! I had no issues with it, but I grew up in New York City and am used to noise, watching out for things, and general street smarts.
