“Didn't try the food so can't comment but thought it was odd they didn't offer the included breakfast like most Hilton's do. The high point was a clean bed no bed bugs! My only complaint is the shower hot water but zero pressure, hate that. At least give us a wand so we can make do otherwise fix the pressure.”

“Not very good breakfast available, just a fast food option. Outstanding service from Tyler who assisted us with our luggage our wheelchair and our walker. Looked after my husband very well, he has a disability and was very caring and helpful. Accessible room was great, shower needed a little attention due to the water leaking onto the floor All in all great room very clean. ”

“When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...
