“We had fun. We live in a busy tourist area so it was nice to let the kids play on the yard with no concerns. It was peaceful and quiet. No one bothered us at all. ”

“The front desk staff was very attentive. The housekeeping staff was asked to replace the towels we put outside our room with clean towels and they only took the dirty towels. The housekeeper I spoke to was not very responsive to me, just half nodded and walked away. When we arrived back at 9:00 pm we had to go back to the front desk for clean towels. We also had to ask for a blanket for the fold out sofa as only sheets were provided. ”

“Room was very nasty, yellow stained sheets, blood on the bed and wall, bugs crawling, bathtub obviously used. Do not waste your money. We asked for a new room or for this one to be cleaned we were told to leave. No refund or anything. ”

“Wasn’t anything like I thought. We rebooked and the house keeper walked in on us and was rude she told us it was time to go and we stated we rebooked our room. She was extremely rude and unprofessional ”

“Had no trouble finding a good parking space the times I left and came back to the hotel. My room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but not firm enough for me. But it was comfortable. The entire staff was excellent. From the checking in receptionist, housekeeper staff person, food service person, to the checking out receptionist. My overall experience was great. I would definitely stay again. 5 STAR all day. ”

“The place was awesome as usual, with the exception of the cleaning staff that didn't refill coffee or tissues, etc., even after being requested for it. Otherwise the staff and the place was great.”
