“What a wonderful surprise to arrive at the Ocean Promenade. Our room was a large one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fresh furnishings. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the tides go in and out. The room was extremely clean and daily service was excellent. The little coffee shop in the building offered great breakfasts and lunches at a reasonable price. Highly recommend”

“We stayed at this apartment with our young kids after a day at the aquatic centre. When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the rooms. The bathroom had several (pubic) hairs all around the baseboards and tub, toothbrush splatters on the mirror, unswept/mopped floors, etc. I wish I’d thought to take more photos. There were not enough towels, pillows nor blankets for our group. Thankfully, we packed a cooler with snacks since the kitchen is not equipped for meal prep. Perhaps worst...

“We arrived late and exhausted but the desk made us feel like royalty. They helped us plan our trip to the ferry to maximize our trip. Breakfast was not the typical heated from frozen but was instead fresh baked scones and hand made breakfast wraps. Delicious!”

“The front desk staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. We came to the city for a medical appointment and needed to book a second night. The gentleman , whose name has escaped me (working in the A.M. of May 29) , assisted us to secure another night. He not only found us a suitable room, but provided us with the best rate. Thank you, you know how you are. God Bless you for the kindness you showed us! We will definitely rebook for future appointments.”
