“Hotel was clean Location was perfect Amenities were good Pillows and mattress could be better. Too soft pillows and too soft mattress as well”

“Conveniently located just a few minutes walking to the Sky Train station (New Westminster station, Expo Line). Has pretty much everything you need in walking distance and if you want to head downtown, it’s easy to hop into the Sky Train. Staff are lovely.”

“Very clean room. It was great to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. My only suggestion would be a couple vegan/ dairy free options. The quinoa/oatmeal was good but not mixed sufficiently and dry oats in part of it.”

“The bed was comfy and the room was clen. We stayed in the unit with a private bathroom. We needed to ask for washcloths, but Jennifer brought them up right away. Street parking was tight, but we found a place each time. We would stay here again.”

“After travelling all day from London I got to the hotel and it was closed and up for sale ,after half an hour of ringing and knocking I realised there was no one there. I then had to find alternative accommodation as you can imagine I was annoyed and will be taking it up with Expedia when I return home 👎👎”
