Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are allowed NOT allowed in the building. If you bring a pet, the stay will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-Only guests staying in the unit are permitted to access the Golden Community Center for free using our membership. Guests understand the amenities listed in the listing for Pool, Hot Tub, Gym and Sauna are NOT located in the building, but 1.5 miles away at the Center.
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM
-Please park in assigned parking spot
-For VRBO, a signed rental agreement is required
-Occupancy of the unit is limited to four adults and their dependents, if any.
