“Hotel is under renovation so was a mess. Room was fine, but hallways and common areas not so much. We had the room by the elevator and heard it ding every single time someone used it all night, which was often! Breakfast was of mediocre quality at best and dining area small and so-so.”

We needed to change rooms after we got our first room. Its on me. Apparently I booked the wrong room on the expedia app. She upgraded us at no additional fee, no questions asked.
