“Everything was great”

“This home is fantastic! It has absolutely stunning views. The house is really well appointed with everything you need. It was quite easy to get to and really close to all things Denali. We cooked several meals there and had all the utensils and tools we needed. There is a nice fire pit and outdoor seating to enjoy the view and lots of games to play. WiFi worked great. Lots of room for our large family of 8. Couch was comfy and so were the beds. The large dining table was awesome - perfect for us...

“Looked as advertised, nice and clean with most things you would need; however, our flight arrived very late and there was no coffee/creamer to start our day. With coffee being a huge start of my morning it was a bummer for my hubby to go out early to get coffee. A couple of other things to note, the shower pressure was nice but the faucet itself was very difficult to turn on. I do have arthritis so that did not help. My husband, my 11 yr granddaughter and I stayed in this unit and did not feel...

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“The location was great. Everything was walkable. The breakfast was meh - not worth it. The room was ok. Nothing special. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall ,I paid good money for the location. May not be worth it. Taking an Uber to where I need to go instead and staying at a nicer hotel may have been smarter. 😁”
