“All’arrivo nessun upgrade e la camera puzzava di muffa ; letto scomodo e affondi dentro; buona la colazione assortita spazi esterni buoni , la spiaggia non ha servizi ; al ceck out mi è stata addebitata una notte in più che poi mi è stata tolta; servizio al check-in scarso invece di preautorizzare la carta mi hanno fatto addebito totale della camera 2 vote … ”

“First off, staff are amazing. However, rooms are very dated and lack power points on one side of bed. Luckily we had an extension cord. Shower/toilet sliding door is VERY heavy and requires some admin to use Wifi is an extra. Really Hilton. Do better. Overall nice pools etc but needs to have an upgrade”

“Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore.”

Menu became a little too much the same
Maybe a salad buffet option or sandwich's for lunch
Rooms were good but bathrooms need an update

The resort has undergone some upgrading which is good since 2016/2017 when we were last there.
The nurses are spacious and generally well maintained in terms of cleaning however they are tired. The staff are generally friendly and good to deal with. We met up with a few from 2016/2017 who continue in evidencing Fiji hospitality of the old days. I don’t know that new staff are continuing with that same d style hospitality . “We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. Thank you so much Outrigger for such an amazing and unforgettable experience.”
