“Front desk staff paid our bond to the wrong room. It caused confusion when allocating room payments throughout our stay at the resort. This problem had also stopped house cleaning on the third day, as we needed stock replenishment. The garden room we had was nice. It was near the Nuku and Maravu restaurants. Buffet breakfast (hot foods) at Koro restaurant was cold (we ate around 0730). The Nuku restaurant was much better as the hot foods were hot. Generally all the food was great. The staff...

“Overall a peaceful place to stay. Lost a star for a messy breakfast service with one coffee machine not working and the other always out of milk for the whole week, lousy repetitive spread. House keeping was haphazard - toilet bowl never cleaned and towels and mild etc not always replaced. We paid $996 for my daughters 16th birthday meal and desert was suppose to be four one per person we only got two and complaining just got shrugs. Pool bar drinks were overly sweet.
