“Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.”

“Pools are good and our room was very spacious but quite tired. Very adequate for 6 adults + 1 baby. Beds very comfortable too.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Sheraton Fiji! The hotel was very clean, accommodations was top tier. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They have several options on property for meals. They have a breakfast buffet but I didn't try it. Instead, I went to the coffee shop, 28g, each morning. I tried a different latte each day, delicious! Pastries were also a delight. Every meal I had there was so good. Another thing worth noting, check in is at 3pm. We...
