“The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. “Although the hotel doesn't look like much as you enter from the street, once in the door it is beautiful!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves meals all day and the food is great and the staff excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The front desk will help with any reservations (cart rental, dinner reservations, air shuttle reservations, water sports) you need. Overall it was a great hotel to book in San Pedro!!”

“Wow what an amazing experience. The wellness rereat is so tranquil and peaceful; a little piece of paradise right in town. The cottages; I stayed in the Toucan are beautiful well equiped and so comfortable. The gardens are spectacular with so many neat little trails, sitting spots and a labyrinth, two fresh water pools. The staff are very welcoming a big shout out to Marco who took the time to chat every time I passed. You must try the food at Marthas Cafe freshly prepared and so delicious...

“Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! Amazing room and property. Drinks and bartenders from the restaurant bar and the Big Dock bar were awesome. If we ever return to the area I can't imagine not staying here. ”
