“We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. “Great property for the price. A clean basic room and great staff. The restaurant was horrible, very expensive, very limited menu ( vegan and gluten free) I couldn’t find anything for dinner . Portions were very small for the price, a dingle glass of wine was $16 USD, then they add a10% service fee and 12.5% tax and state it does not go to the employee serving you 😳 $50 USD ONE WINE AND ONE SMALL ENTREE!!
