“Camera was not very clean, we found also a used napkin on the floor close to the bed. The bottom of the wardrobe was dusty and few hair were lying there. Breakfast very minimal, low quality products, just one toaster with only 2 slots... long queue. No fresh products, no cakes, no croissants, no scrambled eggs, no bacon, no cheese, no pasteis de nata...!!! At the end price/quality too high...!!!”

“the hotel is a bit 90s style in the room. and I was expecting much more from a 5stars about the concierge service: many people barely understand/speak English. the staff is polite and kind, but I was expecting more. the same about the room, it is good, but nothing special for the price and comparing to other hotels in shanghai. the description is "separate bath tube and shower": there is a bath tube and in the same room a rainfall on the ceiling, but not a real shower box.”

“Lovely weekend close to the Bund in Shangahi. The location of the hotel is perfect to both stroll around the Bund and Nanjing Lu (10 minutes walking distance) and take the metro to visit the rest on the city (stop of line 10 right in front of the hotel). Nice pool on the top floor and nice terrace on the rod drop - unfortunately the terrace is rented out to a third company (a Salsa Club) and it is not possible for hotel guests to enjoy the view without purchasing a ticket to the club ”
